However, the pages are limited, only last a couple of months. Wish there there was a day version to cover a year, so one does not have to reorder every several months.

I'm so incredibly excited to start using this journal. I absolutely love the layout and having both the weekly and daily plans. It literally has everything I wanted to start keeping track of. There are sample pages in the back of the journal so you have something to reference when filling it out.

I'll definitely be purchasing this journal again! Will definitely buy another notebook when my 12 weeks are up. It's simple yet effective, well-made, and aesthetically pleasing. As we all know, tracking your daily meals makes all the difference in your weight loss results.

This journal gives you plenty of room to write down your meals, a place to track your progress. The thing I found most unique was a section that allows you to reflect every 12 weeks.

I add my thoughts weekly and then summarize every 12 weeks. I was surprised how insightful this is. I just flip to a previous week and follow that. This is a journal that you want! I highly recommend this seller as well, very quick delivery.
